Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

5. Who we share your data with

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do use a small number of trusted service providers to operate Visibly, each of whom processes data on our behalf and under their own privacy and security obligations:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or EU. Where that happens, they do so under appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by UK GDPR.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within one month, as required by law.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and, where enabled, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We don't currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including relying on reputable providers (such as Google, Cloudflare, and Supabase) who maintain their own strong security standards. No system is completely secure, but we work to minimise risk wherever we can.

10. Children's privacy

Visibly is a B2B product intended for marketing professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
